Doctor Yilmaz Academy
Applied anatomy. Reproducible technique. Clinical precision.
This page is about the people behind Doctor Yilmaz Academy. The full scope of programs and formats is intentionally not listed here — you’ll find that on the Online Courses and Hands-on pages.
- Safety-first: anatomy, indications, contraindications, and risk management are non-negotiable.
- Reproducibility: structured decision paths — not vague “tips & tricks”.
- Clinical realism: training for variation, asymmetry, and imperfect cases.
Who we are
Two instructors, two clear roles. Oguzhan covers the full Academy scope. Junior focuses exclusively on injectables training.
Oguzhan Yilmaz, M.D.
Aesthetic medicine · facial analysis · hair restoration
Oguzhan Yilmaz is a BIG-registered medical doctor with a clinical focus on facial rejuvenation, preservation of facial expression, and hair restoration. His teaching is structured and clinical: assessment, decision-making, controlled execution — with complication awareness as a core skill, not an afterthought.
Jeronimo Alkmim (“Junior”)
Botulinum toxin · dermal fillers · facial harmony · corrective strategies
Jeronimo “Junior” Alkmim is an injectables-focused faculty member responsible for all botulinum toxin
and filler education within the Academy. His teaching emphasizes facial harmony, conservative dosing
and preservation of natural expression.
Within the Academy, Junior focuses exclusively on injectables training: facial assessment,
treatment planning, safe execution and correction of suboptimal results from prior treatments.
How we teach
We teach for clinical execution — not entertainment. Hands-on learning follows a strict 3-step progression: first you observe, then you assist immediately, and then you perform independently under supervision. We also teach the full setup: from materials and room workflow to finishing the case and discharging the patient.
3-step progression
You watch the full flow: setup → execution → aftercare.
You help in real time: positioning, handling, checkpoints.
You execute independently while we supervise and correct.
Core teaching principles
Layers, landmarks, danger zones — explained for decisions.
Pattern recognition, asymmetry logic, proportional goals.
Step-by-step technique with reproducible checkpoints.
Prevention first; recognition and response are mandatory.
Natural, functional, stable results over time.
