1. Target audience and access

Doctor Yilmaz Academy is accessible only to physicians holding a valid medical license (including BIG-registration or equivalent licensing within their jurisdiction). By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are legally authorized to practice medicine in your country of residence.

Accounts are strictly personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared. Any form of account sharing, credential transfer, or unauthorized access constitutes a breach of platform terms and may result in immediate termination of access.

2. Educational nature of content

All materials provided through the Platform — including videos, lectures, demonstrations, written materials, and hands-on training — are educational in nature and intended for professional development.

The Platform does not provide patient-specific medical advice, diagnostic services, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision support. Content does not replace medical education, clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or professional guidelines.

3. No patient care relationship

Use of the Platform does not create a physician–patient relationship, nor any supervisory, mentoring, employment, or partnership relationship between Doctor Yilmaz Academy and the user.

Doctor Yilmaz Academy does not participate in, oversee, or assume responsibility for patient care delivered by users of the Platform.

4. Professional responsibility and liability

The attending physician remains fully and exclusively responsible for:

• patient selection and indication setting;
• informed consent;
• procedural execution;
• choice of techniques, materials, and dosages;
• management of complications;
• post-treatment care and follow-up.

Participation in online or hands-on training does not transfer, reduce, or share medical, civil, disciplinary, or criminal liability in any form.

5. Hands-on training and supervision

Hands-on courses offered by Doctor Yilmaz Academy are conducted under educational supervision for training purposes only. Supervision supports learning but does not constitute clinical oversight and does not imply responsibility for outcomes achieved during or after training sessions.

Participants remain personally accountable for their actions, decisions, and technical performance at all times.

6. Accuracy, updates, and clinical evolution

Medical knowledge, techniques, regulations, and best practices evolve continuously. Doctor Yilmaz Academy does not guarantee that educational content reflects the most recent scientific evidence, regulatory standards, or local legal requirements at the time of use.

Users are expected to independently verify the applicability, legality, and safety of techniques within their own clinical and regulatory context.

7. Lifelong access to online content
