Acceptable Use Policy — Doctor Yilmaz Academy

1. Permitted use

You may use the Platform and its content solely for your own professional education as a licensed physician. Use must comply with all applicable laws, professional standards, and Academy policies.

• Access courses and materials for personal learning only.
• Participate in discussions in a professional and respectful manner.
• Use your own, verified account credentials.

2. Prohibited use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Account sharing, credential transfer, or impersonation.
• Access by patients, non-physicians, assistants, or third parties.
• Recording, copying, scraping, or redistributing Academy content.
• Using content for commercial training, teaching, or resale.
• Bypassing security, access controls, or technical safeguards.
• Uploading unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or unprofessional material.
• Attempting to extract data, source code, or protected materials.

3. Security and integrity

You must take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and prevent unauthorised access. Any suspected breach or misuse must be reported immediately.

• Keep login details confidential.
• Log out from shared or public devices.
• Notify the Academy of suspected compromise.

4. Platform integrity and availability

You must not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

Availability may be limited due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

5. Enforcement

The Academy may take proportionate action to enforce this policy, including warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of access.

• No refunds are issued where access is restricted due to breach.
• Serious breaches may result in legal action.
