Refund & Cancellation Policy — Doctor Yilmaz Academy

This policy applies to all online courses and hands-on training provided by Doctor Yilmaz Academy. The Platform is intended exclusively for licensed physicians and all services are offered for professional education.

No refunds on online courses

No refund once training is attended

1. Online courses (digital content)

Online courses are booked and paid for electronically via the Platform. Access to digital educational content is granted immediately after successful payment.

  • No refunds are provided for online courses.
  • No cancellations are possible after purchase.
  • Access remains subject to the Platform’s availability and Terms & Conditions.

By completing the purchase, you expressly acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately. To the extent permitted by law, any right of withdrawal or refund is excluded once access is granted.

2. Hands-on training (in-person)

Hands-on training sessions are booked in advance. Payment is due on the day of the training, prior to the start of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Participation is permitted only after full payment has been received.
  • No refund is available once the training has started or has been attended.
  • Failure to attend or refusal to pay results in exclusion from the session.

Attendance or partial attendance constitutes full performance of the educational service and does not entitle the participant to any refund or credit.

3. Cancellation by the Academy

Doctor Yilmaz Academy may reschedule or cancel a hands-on training due to exceptional circumstances (including instructor unavailability, safety concerns, insufficient participants, or force majeure).

In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled date. No compensation is provided for travel costs, accommodation, or other expenses.

4. No exceptions

  • change of mind;
  • lack of time to complete a course;
  • non-attendance or late arrival;
  • technical issues caused by the user;
  • access termination due to breach of Terms.

5. Governing law

This policy is governed by Dutch law and must be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Medical Disclaimer.
